Where Little Warriors Begin
Our preschool program is specifically designed for children ages 3–5. At this age, movement is learning — and our classes are built around that idea. Through age-appropriate activities, games, and basic skill instruction, little ones develop coordination, balance, listening skills, and social confidence.
Every class is led by coaches who specialize in early childhood development and know how to make learning fun. We keep class sizes small so every child gets individual attention and feels seen.
What Little Warriors Learn
Body Coordination
Simple movement patterns that build spatial awareness and motor control.
Balance & Flexibility
Age-appropriate stretching and balance activities that lay the foundation for future skills.
Listening & Following Directions
Structured class time helps little ones practice focus and following instructions in a group setting.
Social Skills
Working with peers, taking turns, and cheering each other on — skills that go far beyond the gym.
Basic Cheer & Movement
Simple jumps, rolls, and movement sequences that introduce the joy of cheer in a playful way.
Class Size
Small classes with a low student-to-coach ratio so every child gets individual attention.
No Experience Needed
This is the starting point. No prior gymnastics or cheer experience is required — just a willingness to move and have fun.
What to Wear
Comfortable athletic wear and bare feet or gymnastics shoes. No jewelry or loose accessories.
Parent Observation
Parents are welcome to observe from our viewing area. We find most little ones focus better when parents aren't on the floor — but we'll let you know what works best.
